General conditions of sale

Rental booking conditions:
These conditions are applied for individual enquiries

Arrival: Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival

Departure: Rooms must be vacated at 10.00am on the day of departure

Luggage: A luggage room and 2 showers are at your disposal on arrival and departure days

Breakfast: Breakfasts not taken will be billed unless 24hours notice has been given.

Only the continental breakfast is served in rooms (without any extra cost), the buffet breakfast is only available in the dining room.

Rates: Prices depend on the type of room and dates of stay.

Prices for children depend on age (3 to 8 years old) and applies only in the case of an extra bed added to the parent’s room.

Children under the age of 3 are free (baby cot available on request)

Dogs are accepted with an extra cost of 5 euros per day.

Rules: Any lost key will be charged 25€

Any damage committed by clients during their stay will be charged.

Reservation: All reservations are only confirmed once the 30% deposit of the total cost of the stay has been received.

Please note that for one-night stay, the total amount must be paid before customer arrival and is non-refundable.

Any reservation that has not been confirmed in writing by the hotel is not valid.

Cancellation: For any cancellation, the deposit advanced as guarantee of reservation will be forfeited (art. 1590 of Civil Code)

Whatever the date of cancellation, hotel is entitled to keep the deposit.

For any cancelation made less than one week (7 days) before arrival, the totality of the stay will be due to the hotel.

For any shortening of stay or early departure, the full amount of the reservation is due to the hotel.

No reduction of price and no refund shall be made.

All non-presentation will be billed and not refunded. All no show of the guest will lead to an automatic cancelation of the reservation.

“COVID 19” Cancellation

Very precise list of all the cases which will be taken into account and which will give rise to a total refund: (in brackets the supporting documents that we will ask for)
• closure of borders by the French government
• border closure by the government of the client’s country of origin or by a transit country (link to the official information page)
• mileage limitation for travel around your home
• the government of the country of origin prohibits non-essential travel (link to the official information page)
• flight cancellations due to covid-19 (mail or email from the airline concerned)
• closure of airports / stations in France or in the country of origin (link to the official information page)
• quarantine imposed by France or by the country of origin (link to the official information page)
• customer tested positive within 14 days before arrival (medical certificate)
• requisition of certain professions related to covid-19 (supporting letter from the employer)
• in the event of a government decree requiring us to close the accommodation concerned
• closure of the station / ski lifts
• closure of the accommodation following a COVID19 case

- the postal address on your accommodation reservation is valid
- if you fall ill during your stay, the usual cancellation conditions apply.
